Different demands to steam generators require customised engineering solutions. Boiler output capacity, customer-specified steam parameters, rated pressure, firing and fuel, installation conditions and various other aspects provide the framework conditions which essentially determine the design of a steam boiler.
Based on the process engineering plant project and our thermo-technical calculations we prepare the complete basic and detail engineering of boiler components or complete steam generators.
Dimensioning of each system complies with all applicable rules and regulations: For instance, German or European guidelines, ASME codes or other foreign rules.
